Our goal was to author a brand that would be an engaging and welcoming social hub in the local neighborhood, as well as an engaging destination for travellers. Our design grew out of the historical bohemian heritage of the neighborhood. Yours Truly embraces the hangout vibes and residential warmth that comes with boho style. The name “Yours Truly” is both a valediction and a promise. The brand is built on honest interaction with our guest, but also the personalization of the experience, such that every guest feels that the brand is theirs, truly.

Instagram Design Concept
My idea is to pitch an instagram campaign showcasing Lecka’s superfood ingredients with the first post featuring their new ingredient Rumbama. This idea expands on their personal branding and allows room for growth, since it is highly plausible Lecka will have more than one superfood they will want to educate the consumer on.
Since the main clientele is young health minded individuals - I chose an instagram carousel post, due to the high engagement these posts bring, and the age group that uses Instagram.
I have created mockups of what this campaign could potentially look like, designing a modern but engaging series. Since Rumamba doesn’t actually exist, I used a photo of another root vegetable to act as photo direction/mood.
Other ideas I considered were a blog post on Lecka’s website, as well as an instagram story. However, these require the user to already be familiar and following the brand Lecka, where as this series can also be turned into an Instagram ad.
This is a collection of posters created for Columbia College Chicago Events. The collection is a combination of work done for the communication department and the AIGA CCC student chapter.
